Moot depends on the creative skills of four key people in its vision to develop and use the arts in worship and in its mission to use culturally-resonate art forms for effective communication. 

They are Mike Radcliffe (painter), Gareth Powell (graphic design) and Gary Collins (web and blog site developer), John Hayns (performer).

Mike Radcliffe is currently one of the Artists in Residence at St Matthew's, Westminster.  His work explores iconography in a contemporary context. 
 
Gary Collins develops the Moot and St Matthew's, Westminster websites.

John Hayns is a mime artist and performer.
