The Feast of All Saints will be followed by a Congregational Lunch & Open Day - 'a visit behind the scenes' at SMW. Please email the office if you wish to join us.

Monday 2nd November, 12.30pm
All Souls Day Requiem Mass 
St Matthew's Westminster

The Feast of All Souls is a day devoted to the remembrance of the departed.  There will be a Solemn Requiem Mass at 12.30 at which our prayers for those who have gone before will be focussed.  If you would like anyone to be remembered at the altar please send names to the church office.

Anglican Catholic Future National Festival 2015: Reform or Restore? A new vision for the Church

Solemn Mass with celebrant Bishop Michael Perham; preacher Mthr Jenn Strawbridge, Keble College, Oxford and keynote address from Fr Peter Bradley, the Dean of Sheffield.  Cost including lunch £15 (ordinands £7.50).  Book <here>

Tuesday 17th November, 1.05pm
The Deansbank Singers in Concert 
St Matthew's Westminster

In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of WWII, The Deansbank Singers will be performing the Choral Suite from The Armed Man by Sir Karl Jenkins, with readings from contemporary poetry and letters. No booking required.

Sunday 22nd November, 11am
Christ the King | Commitment Sunday 
St Matthew's Westminster

On the Feast of Christ the King, Sunday November 22nd, we shall be keeping our Commitment Sunday when we are invited to reflect afresh on our commitment to Christ and his church here at St Matthew’s.  There will be a lunch after the service to which all are welcome.  Further details to follow.

Throughout Advent - 17th December
Advent Food Hampers 
St Matthew's Westminster

During Advent St Matthew's will be again supporting In Deep, a charity which collects food hampers and distributes them to the local and housebound. We are asking for your help with this: please bring in dried or canned food (no perishables) during the week or on Sunday, any day until the 17th December when In Deep will collect the food packages.
