Monday 3rd October, 1.30-4pm Generosity in Later Life St. Matthew's Westminster
When we are older, if we do have a little time and money to spare, where does generosity come into the picture? Gifts for the grandchildren? To charities? Or spending the kids’ inheritance? Being generous or letting people take advantage? And what is generosity in non-financial terms? The rude truth is that, even if there is only a little spare, we have to face up to letting go of all that we have. These are big questions that each of us have to work out for ourselves. This workshop is an opportunity to reflect on the pitfalls and joy that come with being generous. Led by Ann Morisy, Community Theologian, and Ann Wright, former Diocesan President of the Mother's Union. To book your free place, please contact claire@stmw.org
