Tuesdays in Advent, 7-8.30pm
Advent Poetry Group
St Stephen's Rochester Row

This group will meet every Tuesday evening in Advent sharing poems from Malcolm Guite's 'Waiting on the Word.' Meet in St Stephen's Parish Sitting Room. All are welcome but please register at parishoffice@sswsj.org.

FourFour Christmas Concert
St Matthew's Westminster

Join the vocal ensemble FourFour with a varied concert of modern and traditional Christmas choral favourites The lasts approximately 70 minutes and refreshments will be provided afterwards.
Tickets £7 (£5 concession/student)

Support Refugee Event with Lord Dubs
The Oasis Centre

Join Oasis and Lord Dubs, a former refugee, to take a public stand for a compassionate solution to the crisis and to help the countless children who are still stranded near the beaches of France. Lord Dubs will speak on what he believes the Government needs to do and there will be an opportunity to debate the issues. The whole event will be an opportunity to show our support for refugees. Fantasia Orchestra: Sibelius, Haydn & Mendelssohn
St Gabriel's Church, Pimlico

The Fantasia Orchestra returns for a beautiful programme of Sibelius, Haydn and Mendelssohn. Started in January 2016, the orchestra is made up of budding young musicians from London Conservatoires who all share a love for performing. Buy tickets here.

Christmas Day Lunch with entertainment
Porchester Hall

Westminster Council are inviting anyone over the age of 65 to enjoy a delicious home-cooked three-course meal, followed by Christmas carols and films. This event is free but you will need to book beforehand by emailing porchesterhallevents@everyoneactive.com, or calling 020 7313 3850.

Monday 12 December, 5.30-7pm
Open Evening
Come and visit the church and conference centre, and meet neighbours and colleagues. Mulled wine and mince pies.
 
Wednesday 14 December, 1-1.40pm
Community Carol Service
A short service for all who live & work locally. Drinks afterwards.
 
Monday 19 December, 6.30pm
Christmas Carol Service
A traditional Christmas service by candlelight, followed by a Reception.
 
Saturday 24 December
Christmas Eve
11pm Traditional Midnight Mass
Celebrating the Birth of Christ, the Light of the World.
 
Sunday 25 December
Christmas Day
8am Mass (said, Book of Common Prayer)
11am Solemn Mass of The Incarnation

Julian Prayer Group
